Both kinematic (Born) and dynamic (the distorted wave Born) approaches are considered. Modeling of x-ray specular scattering for the superlattices with different periods as well as amplitudes and correlation lengths of interface roughness are performed.The results of calculations in different approximations are compared with experiment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Развита теория рассеяния рентгеновского излучения на слоистых структурах с шероховатыми интерфейсами. Рассмотрено как кинематическое (борновское), так и динамическое приближения (борновское с искаженными волнами ). Выполнены расчеты рентгеновских спектров зеркального рассеяния для сверхрешеток с разными периодами, амплитудами и корреляционными длинами шероховатостей интерфейсов.
