It is shown that the deposition of CdS nanoparticles on the surface of porous Si leads to a shift of the photoluminescence spectrum of the nanoparticles, covered with superficially active agent, in short-wave area. It is established that a violation of the integrity of the shell of CdS nanoparticles from superficially active agent leads to the formation of at least two fractions of nanoparticles with different sizes. To these fractions there correspond well resolved bands of a photoluminescence with maximums of 480 and 530 nanometers.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Исследованы свойства фотолюминесценции наноструктурированных частицами CdS (d = 3.0нм) пленок пористого Si. Показано, что осаждение наночастиц CdS на поверхности пористого Si приводит к сдвигу спектра фотолюминесценции наночастиц, покрытых поверхностно активным веществом, в коротковолновую область. Установлено, что нарушение целостности оболочки наночастиц CdS из поверхностно активного вещества приводит к образованию, как минимум, двух фракций наночастиц с различными размерами.
