We consider a multi-level impurity in which the energy levels are well separated from the conduction and valence bands of carbon nanotubes. The effect of the impurity parameters on the electromagnetic pulse is analyzed. Also, we investigate the influence of the value of the mechanical stretching on the few-cycle pulse shape.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>carbon nanotubes</kwd><kwd>impurities</kwd><kwd>mechanical tension</kwd><kwd>few-cycle pulse</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Goorjian P.M., Agrawal G.P.Computational modeling of ultrashort pulse propagation in semiconductor materials.
