The stable propagation of pulses under research in accordance with inhomogeneous medium parameters was determined.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>   Theoretical investigation of the dynamics of three-dimensional few-cycle optical pulses (light bullets) in an inhomogeneous medium of carbon nanotubes with metallic conduction was performed.
