It is shown that this energy has a minimum at a diameter of about 1.1 – 1.2 nm. The experiments made by means of Raman spectroscopy have shown that diameters of SWCNTs mainly lie in the range of 1 – 1.5 nm.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>SWCNT</kwd><kwd>energy</kwd><kwd>diameter</kwd><kwd>modeling</kwd><kwd>Kohn–Sham</kwd><kwd>orbital free</kwd><kwd>Raman spectroscopy</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This work is performed with financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation within the task No. 16.2814.2017/PCh.
