It was established that the high-energy milling does not lead to a considerable decrease in the particle size and to a variation in the HAp crystal lattice parameters, but it promotes 4-fold reduction of microstrains. It was shown that the dependence of the average size of crystal and structural parameters on the milling time for the HAp-TiOy mixtures is similar to that of initial HAp. The coherent scattering region of HAp does not depend on stoichiometry and TiOy content in the mixture and is ∼ 15 ± 5 nm after milling for 480 min.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>titanium monoxide</kwd><kwd>hydroxyapatite</kwd><kwd>milling</kwd><kwd>mixtures</kwd><kwd>crystal structure</kwd><kwd>microstructure</kwd><kwd>phase composition</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work was carried out at the Institute of Solid State Chemistry UB RAS with financial support from the Russian Science Foundation (Project 14-23-00025).
