Условия возникновения вольт-амперных характеристик джозефсоновского типа в углеродных материалах при комнатной температуре и нормальном давлении

Аннотация

В данной работе показано, что взаимодействие хлопьев высокоориентированного пиролитического графита и графеновых пленок с алканами является необходимым, но недостаточным условием для наблюдения в них джозефсоновской вольт-амперной характеристики, которая, как известно, присуща всем сверхпроводящим материалам. Другим ключевым фактором является создание деформационного поля в материале на основе графена.
