Влияние спин-орбитальных взаимодействий на смещенную от центра примесь D0 в асимметричной квантовой точке под действием магнитного поля

Аннотация

Мы оцениваем энергию основного состояния смещенной кулоновской примеси в асимметричной гауссовой квантовой точке GaAs в постоянном магнитном поле. Используя унитарное преобразование, мы учитываем комбинированный эффект взаимодействий Рашбы и Дрессельхауса, рассматривая члены связи до квадратичного порядка. Затем мы рассматриваем преобразованный гамильтониан, используя вариационный подход с подходящей анзац-формой. Результаты показывают, что энергия основного состояния увеличивается с увеличением расстояния примеси от центра ограничения и с увеличением асимметрии потенциала. Наконец, мы исследуем, как асимметрия в гауссовом ограничении влияет на магнитный момент и восприимчивость примеси.
