Эволюционный подход к созданию наноструктур
Предложена модель создания наноструктуры как результата выделения наночастиц из пересыщенной среды с последующим их многостадийным модифицированием для придания им нужных свойств. Учтено объединение наночастиц в агрегаты и агрегатов друг с другом. Сформулировано дискретное и континуальное уравнения баланса числа наночастиц и агрегатов, учитывающие возможность их укрупнения и распада. Континуальное уравнение приведено к эволюционному уравнению типа Фоккера-Планка, включающему частотные функции, которые описывают процесс самоорганизации агрегатов путем отбора более устойчивых форм. При этом каждая стадия модифицирования характеризуется собственными частотными функциями, подлежащими независимому определению. Частотные функции для всех видов воздействий, используемых при создании наноструктур, могут составить основу методологии оптимального их синтеза.
