The thickness effect of perovskite-like blocks Aurivillius phases Bim+1Fem−3Ti3O3m+3 on their electrical properties were investigated. It is shown that there exists the change in the conductivity of the Aurivillius phases for certain thicknesses of perovskite-like blocks, which correspond to a sharp decrease in their stability.
Keywords: oxides; the Aurivillius phases; nanosized perovskite-like layers; electrical properties; impedance spectroscopy.
