A new approach for synthesis of Cu1-xNixGeO3 (x = 0 : 0,15) in form of nanorods is developed. Analysis of the lattice evolution with Cu(II) percentage showed a change of the cell parameters that corresponds to the theoretical simulation completely. Doping with nickel leads to a rise of dopant concentration in the solid solution.

Keywords: cooper germinate, nanorods, hydrothermal treatment, doping with magnetic impurity, substitutional solid solution region.
