Formation and structural transformations of nanoparticles in the TiO2–H2O system

O.V. Almjasheva – Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI”, ul. Professora Popova 5, 197376 St. Petersburg, Russia; almjasheva@mail.ru

Results thermodynamic analysis of processes in the TiO2–H2O system in a wide range of variation of parameters determine the regions of sustainable existence of titanium dioxide in the form of rutile and anatase modification. The results of thermodynamic prediction on the possibility and conditions of sustainable existence of TiO2 with the rutile structure have been confirmed in experiments.

Keywords: nanoparticles, TiO2, anatase, retile, thermodynamic analyses, structural transformations.

  1. Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book
in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that,
this is great blog. A great read. I will certainly
    be back.
